For 2000 and 2005, what is the % of total airline tickets booked by passengers self-servicing online?

I’m looking for data on the % of total airline tickets booked by passengers self-servicing online. These can include: direct e-tickets from airline sites or tickets booked through intermediaries such as Orbitz.

Alternatively, I’ll take % of e-tickets booked of total airline tickets, 2000-2005. I know in 2000 Southwest issued 25% of its tickets as e-tickets; United issued only 7%.

your best bet is to contact someone from IATA. They are pushing e-ticketing big time and there is a deadline for all carriers to be fully e-ticket compliant by 2008 or 2009 (originally 2006 i think but got delayed)
